The annual Pig Roast will be held Sunday, September 8, 2013. The church family will attend Sunday School and morning worship as usual. Then we proceed to the fellowship hall for a meal shared together. Men of the church roast the pig. The fellowship provides the meal.  Bring a dessert to share.

The First Baptist Church of Perryville will have their church picnic at noon on Saturday, August 10 at McCoy’s Farm Pavilion at noon.Hot dogs, hamburgers, drinks, condiments, and paper products will be provided by the fellowship team.  Please bring a covered dish or dessert (already sliced) to share.

We will have a special week of prayer for stewardship growth March 11-14 from 10-12 and 5-8PM on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Members and visitors are invited to come when they may, pray by themselves, and leave when they are finished. A different prayer guide will be provided each day.

 This support group features biblical, Christ-centered teaching that focuses on grief topics associated with the death of a loved one. The DVD seminar features nationally respected grief experts and real-life stories of people, followed by a small group discussion about what was viewed. Past participants have related how helpful the information and follow-up discussions were to them.

  The First Baptist Church of Perryville will offer two days of prayer for North American Missions on March 1 & 2. Prayer guides will be available for your use. The church will be open from 4-8 PM on Friday and 8 AM – 12 PM on Saturday. Come when it is convenient. Leave when you are finished. Most people enjoy 30 or more minutes in prayer. A prayer captain will be available at the door to answer any of your questions.
