Tiffany Smith (pictured with her mother, Fern) is the summer

ministry intern of the First Baptist Church, Perryville, Maryland. Because she will also be ministering with several other sister churches, your first introduction may be by internet. But you can count on her being an active part of Vacation Bible School and our first ever Mission Camp in Perryville. Additional ministry will follow.

Tiffany is 22 and a senior at Eastern University. She expects to graduate in December 2007. She majors in Missions and Anthropology with a minor in Dance. She has served on mission trips in Canada, Moldova, The Dominican Republic, Mexico, and the Philippines.

At Eastern, Tiffany leads a student missions organization and was chosen to minister spiritually to other women studying there.

Her passions in life are dance and serving others, reflected by her choices of her major and minor fields of study.

She is very close to her family in Havre de Grace. Tiffany has an older sister, Jami, who is married and has two children. Her younger brother, Ian, is finishing the eighth grade. Her parents are Pastor Ron and Fern Smith who minister at First Baptist Church in Havre de Grace. We are honored that Pastor Ron, a good friend of the church in Perryville, suggested our church would be a great place for additional ministry experience for Tiffany.

Tiffany does not seem to sit still in life. She is also a massage therapist, and loves relaxation and healing arts. She just returned from leading a team of college women ministering in the Philippines. We are excited to see what the Lord will do through her this summer in Perryville!
